POLICIES:
Welcome guests,
We have contact-free self check-in from 4pm-8pm. A welcome email and text message will be sent out with your lock box code to access your unit on the day of arrival at 4pm. Please make sure to have your correct phone number and email on file. We do not allow early check in, please do not call. Our small staff needs the 11-4 window to prepare for you. Thank you for your understanding.
Our office hours are 10am-5pm, but someone is always available for emergencies.
When you arrive, please park forward facing in our parking lot, to limit the exhaust near our units doors and windows. Please read your WELCOME BINDER in your room for all the information that is needed for a wonderful stay. We are a NO smoking property, please no smoking of any kind. Additional charges maybe charged to card on file for left dirty dishes (in the suites with kitchens), stained linens or any damages to unit.
PET Policy:
Pets are limited to dogs and must be on your reservation or registered prior to arrival, by calling the office at 971-710-5889. Additional dog fees do apply of $27 nightly per dog. Up to two dogs allowed. Dogs are not allowed to be left unattended in units, on property left in vehicles, or on beds/furniture. Additional cleaning fees will be charged for extra cleaning needed for not following these rules. There is a designated pet relief area in back and on sides on building, please have them on a leash and do not allow them in front landscaping.
Worry-free booking:
Enjoy peace of mind with flexible, no-fee options for trip changes and cancellations. You can reschedule your trip, cancel it and receive credit for a future stay, or cancel it for a refund (minus the 5% booking fee) at least 7 days before check-in.Reservations are guaranteed with a credit card at the time of booking and are charged in full once beyond cancellation. Reservations made within the cancellation deadlines are considered definite and are charged in full at booking. Extended stay reservations of 7 days or longer require a 30-day notice of cancellation. For holiday and multiple unit bookings, reservations must be canceled 45 days prior to arrival to avoid being charged for the entire stay. Once within the cancellation window outlined above, we are unable to accommodate cancellations, changes of dates, shortening of your stay or early departures without forfeit of your total room charges. If booking with a third party, they have their own cancellation policy to follow.
