Newly remodeled!! 2022! Cozy studio with queen bed. Unit is secluded in back of the property, with a side entrance off of 4th Place. It has its own sun deck off the exterior entrance. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, recently updated with new flooring, millwork, paint, furnishings, and renovated bathrooms. Full kitchen with electric range, dishwasher and full size refrigerator. You will enjoy the Samsung smart tv with Netflix included. There is a King bed in the master suite, with a twin bunk bed in a small adjourning room, great for little ones. There is a queen bed in the second bedroom and a comfortable queen pull out couch in the living room. The deck off off the suite is private, with a dining table and seating which has great southern exposure, for beautiful skies for viewing. It is a prime location in Manzanita within easy walking distance of downtown and the beautiful ocean beach. It has private, off street parking at west side of property. There is access of a walking path, to the deck off of the unit, for entrance.
